Beginner Chanter Class with Euan Cowan

A beginner chanter class designed for adults with no previous experience who would like to start learning from scratch.

This class forms part of the launch of Sgoil-Chiùil Steòrnabhaigh / Stornoway School of Traditional Music, a new traditional music school in Stornoway.

Classes begin on Tuesday 12 May and run every Tuesday for 6 weeks.

Classes take place in the Lewis Pipe Band Hall on Bells Road from 7:00–8:00 pm.

This initial course is open to participants aged 18 and over. We hope to welcome younger participants alongside adults in future once arrangements are in place.
