To provide a vibrant and welcoming social space for the Gaelic community and those interested in Gaelic culture

To be a living “museum” of intangible cultural heritage which promotes, documents and invites service users to participate in traditional Lewis culture and heritage

To empower Gaelic speakers of all levels and showcase the value of Gaelic to the community, culture, economy and reputation of Scotland

To add Stornoway and Isle of Lewis as a cultural destination, making Stornoway a nicer place to visit, live in and work in

To address commitments made in the National Gaelic Language Plan and the National Islands Plan regarding culture, language, education, community and economy
